An additional charge for elaborate backgrounds may be added.
The oil portraits are painted on canvas in a life-size format. The actual size of the painting will be determined by the composition. Reference photos will be taken by the artist. The client will help select the actual poses and expressions used in the painting.
In the event that photos cannot be taken, reference photos will determine the viability of the portrait.
Watercolors are painted on imported Arches premium quality paper with permanent pigments and must be framed under glass.

Combinations:
The second or third person is an additional 2/3 price each, if included in a double or group portrait. Pets may be added for an additional cost of $300-400, depending on the size of your pet.
Portraits are created using elements from a number of photographs to portray each person in the best possible manner. Pam will take photos more than once, if necessary, to capture the best images of the subjects.
Establishing an unmistakable likeness is the optimal goal of the artist, as well as creating a fine work of art.
Travel and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the client. Deposit and reimbursed expenses are non-refundable.
Paintings using your family photos of special moments, including weddings, celebrations, pets, friends, homes or boats.....whatever you want to capture in a unique watercolor or oil painting.
Price may vary with difficulty of composition, number of subjects, and medium.
